Hi, I’m Deidra, owner of Creations Beauty Bar. With a passion for beauty and over 10 years in the industry, I’ve built a salon where creativity, connection, and confidence come together. My mission is to lead a space where clients feel empowered, seen, and leave knowing they look as fierce as they feel. 

My family is my greatest motivation and the heart behind everything I do. When you sit in my chair, you’re treated like family too.

JUSTIN COLASACCO

Hi! My name is Justin Hipp and I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 15 years. 

I was born in New York City and raised in Charlotte North Carolina where I have worked the majority of my career.

Outside of the salon, I enjoy traveling the world with my family and friends and collecting vinyl records

My superpower is making people feel and look “like a diamond in a rhinestone world”.

I am so grateful to be a part of the super talented team of professionals at Creations Beauty Bar right here in “The Burg”.

ABIGAIL POWELL

With 9 years of experience behind the chair, I’ve developed a true passion for helping clients look and feel their best. When I’m not in the salon, I cherish spending quality time with my kids and relaxing with a good, binge-worthy series. I’m all about creating a warm, personalized experience for each guest — I can’t wait to welcome you to my chair!

KAYLA ARELLANO

Hello, my name is Kayla Arellano. I’m a proud mom of two boys and one girl — my greatest joy and inspiration. I specialize in lived-in color and vibrant fashion shades, and I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident and beautiful. Whether you’re looking for a subtle transformation or a bold new look, I’m here to bring your hair goals to life.

JACLYN FLECKENSTEIN

I’ve had the pleasure of working behind the chair at Creations for the past three years, and it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences. I’m passionate about helping women look and feel their best while building genuine, lasting relationships with my clients. I specialize in everything from lived-in color to dimensional blondes, and I’m always welcoming new clients to my chair. 

DANI MARTINEZ

Hi! I’m Dani, a passionate hairstylist specializing in brunettes. I graduated from RCCC and now work at Creations Beauty Bar, where I’ve been growing alongside an amazing team. My goal is to help every client feel beautiful and confident.

Born in Tijuana, Baja California, I’m fluent in Spanish and love dancing, animals (especially cows and horses), the gym, and spending time with family and friends. I can’t wait to welcome you to my chair!

NADIA GWEN

Hi! Im Nadia, I am a mother of three boys that has lived in Harrisburg for over 8 years. With over a decade of experience as a professional spray tan artist, I am passionate about delivering flawless, natural-looking results using only the highest quality products. I believe a great tan is more than color — it’s a confidence boost and a luxury experience. My commitment is to provide every client with personalized, detail-oriented service in a comfortable, elevated environment where beauty meets confidence.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’d love to help you achieve the hair you’ve been dreaming of and add a little relaxation to your day while we’re at it. In a world where we rarely take time for ourselves, I aim to make your appointment feel like a moment of pampering and peace.

Hi! My name is Emma, and I’m a hairstylist assistant at Creations, where I’ve had the pleasure of working for the past year. I’m currently attending the Paul Mitchell School in Charlotte and have the privilege of assisting Deidra as I continue to grow in my career. I’m passionate about helping clients look and feel their absolute best and love being part of the process that leaves them feeling confident, beautiful, and refreshed. I’m always eager to learn new skills and committed to giving my best in everything I do.
